Appointment Rescheduling Policy

So that we can manage bookings efficiently, please try to reschedule bookings up to 48 hrs before your appointment time.
You can do this easily online, or contact our reception number on 0481 568 607. If unable to attend, please refer to our cancellation policy.

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointment and well-being is very important to us. Booking an appointment means you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients.

If cancellation is necessary, we require notice 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

In an effort to reduce the number of short-notice cancellations we have, and to cover some of our practitioner’s time, any cancellations made less than 24 hours will incur a $30 cancellation fee processed over the phone upon cancellation. In the event of an unavoidable event, e.g., illness or family emergency, the cancellation fee will not apply.

 

No Show Policy

We understand it is easy to miss appointments when life is busy. To help remind you of your appointment, we send a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment time, and another SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment time.

As a no show can greatly affect our schedule, the full appointment fee of a missed appointment will be charged to your profile and paid upon next visit. Waitlist Please let us know if you can’t get the appointment you want, and we can waitlist you on the day and let you know if a time frees up.
